I have to tell you I was a loyal Cavender Toyota customer for over 16 years! My family, friends and myself have purchased or leased over 17 vehicles. They didn't keep up with the customer service and lost my business. You all did EVERYTHING right! I am sooooo impressed with my process completely. From the time I was contacted after my initial Internet inquiry to going in and meeting Brent Jules to walking out with my DREAM car! Brent Jules was the BEST!!!!! I will most definitely recommend him to everyone I come in contact with. His name went out to ALL my FB friends! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
P.S. - the only thing that could make this better would be a car wash facility like Mercedes Benz of Boerne. I have a friend who likes to rub that in, she has a Black MB and it gets washed frequently. I'm realizing that a Black Genesis will need to be washed a lot also. LOL. The compliments I've received have been fantastic. I even had someone come up to me at the gas station wanting to look inside:) - he was an Acura driver and said he would never have believed it was a Hyundai....

I would like to express my gratitude to your Body Shop Collision Consultant, Ms. Debbie Chumchal, for being so efficient with my needs. She was very courteous and knowledgeable about the services my car needed. She ook time to explain all that would occur and kept in touch with me. She would call every other day to explain the process that was taking place with my vehicle and was finished as she promised. I will see how the work is done, as I am now leaving to pick up my vehicle. Thought I would let you know about Ms. Chumchal as my schedule is rather busy as I am sure is yours and I would neglect to express my appreciation. It is this kind of service that recivesrecommendations from customers like me that will continue to use your service, hopefully, not oo often! P.S She also made sure I received good service on a rental car!

Just a quick note to recognize one of your employees. Martin Garcia is an estimator at your collision center. He went above and beyond what I expected as a loyal customer of your establishment. Not only did Martin ensure that my car was repaired properly, he went a step further when he discovered my wife was out of town on a family emergency when the car was ready for pick up. Knowing that I was fully handicapped and unable to drive, he took it upon himself to deliver the car to my home. He called and informed he was bringing the car to the house, delivered it, parked it in the garage, ensured the repairs were to my satisfaction, completed all paperwork collected payment and secured the house upon leaving.
I would like you to pass along my sincere thanks to Martin for not only doing an outstanding job representing your establishment but conducting himself in a professional manner. He reaffirms my faith in customer service. I would say he could instruct everybody what it means to put the consumer first. As a customer, just because of Martin I will recommend your establishment to anyone who‘s car needs repair, and will not hesitate to recommend Martin as “The Person to see”.
